Payroll Information
PAYDAY IS ON THE 15TH OF EACH MONTH, AND AS PER DISTRICT POLICY:
All employees are paid monthly via direct deposit. Should a payday fall on a weekend or a banking holiday, payroll will be processed on the Friday preceding the weekend or the day preceding the bank holiday. An employee’s wage and earnings statement containing detailed information including wages, deductions, withholding information, and the amount of leave accumulated must be accessed using the Employee Access Portal available on the District website.
As an added courtesy, wage and earning statements will be emailed to employees with active email account. Please call 830-914-2803 if you have any questions.
