Obtaining Funds:  Funds will be deposited directly to the student’s educational institution once we are provided with a Letter of Acceptance and Student ID.

Requirements: Applicants must be a graduating senior this spring and be planning to attend any 2-year or 4-year technical school, college, or university within 1 year of graduation.

Jackie Robinson Foundation (JRF)

The online application for the Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholarship is available starting on November 1, 2020, at jackierobinson.org. Through the JRF application, more than 4,000 talented young minority high school students apply to become JRF Scholars and carry on the civic-minded legacy of the foundations namesake, Jackie Robinson.

The deadline to submit the application for a JRF Scholarship is February 1, 2021, 5p.m. ET.

Texas Student Housing Scholarship

This scholarship is open to students accepted to colleges in College Station or Denton Texas, that have NOT signed off- campus housing leases. The application deadline is January 31, 2021. Eligibility requirements must be met.

Jack Kent Cooke Foundation

The Cooke College Scholarship Program is an undergraduate scholarship program available to high-achieving high school seniors with financial need who seek to attend and graduate from the nation’s best four-year colleges and universities.

Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements.

The 2021 Cooke College Scholarship Program application closes on October 30, 2020, at 11:59 p.m., in your local time zone.

Applicants can add the Cooke College Scholarship Program Application to their Common App.

Horatio lger Association

The Horatio Alger Association welcomes eligible high school seniors to apply for the Horatio Alger Scholarships, which range from $10,000 to $25,000.

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible to apply for these awards.

One application is all that’s necessary to apply for state, national, and specialized programs. The application is open until October 25 and available at application.horatioalger.org.

Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation

The Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation believes that investing in students who are leaders, both academically and in service to others, will result in positive, lasting change and sustainable communities.

Texas Farm Credit

Texas Farm Credit would like to take this opportunity to invite you to submit their application to their Ag Student of the Month program and Marsha Martin Scholarship program. Students may apply for both programs by completing one simple application. In addition to their two student scholarship programs, they are also offering a $500 Club Contribution to the SIX Marsha Martin winning student’s FFA or 4-H Club.

Texas Farm Credit Services has a mission to support agriculture and rural communities today and tomorrow. Our customer-owned cooperative proudly offers two programs that recognize high school seniors who excel both in the classroom and their FFA chapters and 4-H clubs.

AgStudent of the Month: Each of Texas Farm Credit’s 18 branches will recognize two outstanding students per month in March and April 2021. Winners will receive $100 Visa gift cards and will advance to the selection process for the Marsha Martin Scholarship.

Texas Farm Credit will be awarding SIX Marsha Martin scholarships in the amount of $2,000 each for graduating seniors who are involved in FFA or 4-H and are pursuing a college degree in an agriculture-related field of study. These SIX scholarship recipients will be selected from the monthly AgStudent of the Month winners.

The Porch Scholarship

Growing demand and lack of qualified workers in skilled trades and technology means it’s a great time to go back to school and enter these lucrative and fast-growing industries. To help keep up with demand and assist the next generation of professionals, Porch will award a $2,000 scholarship four times a year to eligible students.

Entries are now being accepted for the Summer scholarship, which runs from July 18 -October 14, 2020.

Are you eligible?

  • You must be 18 years or over and currently be enrolled as a high school senior, or in a community college, undergraduate, graduate, technical college, or vocational program, or be planning to enroll in a high school, community college, undergraduate, graduate, technical college, or vocational program during the 2019-2020 academic program in the United States.
  • You must have a minimum 3.4 GPA.
  • You must be pursuing a degree that enables you or others in your community to learn a new trade, develop skills and technology, or start a small business related to home services offered by Porch.

Randolph Spouses Club Scholarship

The Randolph Spouses Club, would like to invite 2021 Graduating Seniors who are military dependents (does not include grandchildren of military) to apply for RSC Scholarships. All scholarship applications are to be mailed directly to the Minnie Stevens Piper Foundation. Deadline for application: Nov. 2, 2020. All instructions and eligibility criteria are included in the application.

The Coca-Cola Scholars Program Scholarship

The Coca-Cola Scholars Program scholarship is an achievement-based scholarship awarded to graduating high school seniors. Students are recognized for their capacity to lead and serve, as well as their commitment to making a significant impact on their schools and communities.

Voice of Democracy Scholarship

The Voice of Democracy is open to students in grades 9-12 by the Oct. 31 deadline, who are enrolled in a public, private or parochial high school or home study program in the United States, its territories and possessions; or dependents of U.S. military or civilian personnel in overseas schools. Although U.S. citizenship is not required, students must be lawful U.S. permanent residents or have applied for permanent residence (the application for which has not been denied) and intends to become a U.S. citizen at the earliest opportunity allowed by law. Foreign exchange students, students age 20 or over, previous Voice of Democracy first place state winners, GED or Adult Education Students are ineligible.
