Krueger Primary Campus Library

Hello! My name is Brian Behrens and I am the Media Specialist for Krueger Elementary, Primary Campus. This is my first year in Marion ISD and I am beyond thrilled to be a part of such an outstanding organization! I have been married to my wife since 2006 and we have two children. We also have our fur baby, Rocky who is a 6 pound Yorkie. I have been in education for over 25 years. Most of my experience has been in the instructional technology but has spanned across all grade levels. I have been a “founding faculty” member of two high school campuses that I had the pleasure of opening. Prior to my coming to Marion, I was in Comal ISD for 13 years and Pflugerville ISD for 12 years. I have spent a great deal of my career teaching teachers how to integrate technology into their instruction. During my years in the traditional classroom, I taught first grade, fifth grade and sixth grade. I taught first grade my very first year teaching, so it has been nice to somewhat come full circle and return to that level at this point in my career.
